Future Tien Shinhan is the alternate timeline counterpart of Tien Shinhan. He is seen briefly in "Dragon Ball Z: The History of Trunks" and in the Dragon Ball Z episode "Ghosts from Tomorrow" during a flashback. He is shown outside Goku's house as Goku dies of the Heart Virus. He is later killed by Android 18 with a swift punch to the stomach (energy blast in Trunks' flashback). He dies after Yamcha and before Krillin
Trivia[]
- Future Tien's death differs between the TV special and Future Trunks' flashback. In the special, he is shown in the prologue being killed by a powerful blow to the stomach by #18. However in the flashback, he is shown to have a hole blasted through his chest by #18, so his true death is debatable.
- Future Tien is considerably weaker then his present timeline counterpart as he did not train vigorously for the arrival of the Androids as his present counterpart did, as obviously he was not aware of their impending arrival.
- Future Tien was 34 years old when he died.
